Requirements and Simplified Process


The requirements remain clear and objective:

Not be a citizen of the EU/EEA/Switzerland and be at least 18 years old.

Have a clean record in your country of origin and in Portugal.


Making a Qualified Investment:


1. Obtaining a NIF (Tax Identification Number).

2. Completion of the investment.

3. Submitting the application to the Immigration and Asylum Agency (AIMA).

4. Biometric check.

5. Periodic renewal of the residence card (after 2 years and after 3 years).


Related costs


Initial registration fee: €5,325 per person.

Renewal: €2,663 per person.

Additional administrative and legal costs vary depending on the process.
